Our primary purpose is to stay Sober and to help other Alcoholics to achieve Sobriety.
Remember aaWhereAndWhen.org for quick access to meetings and people to talk to 24/7 anywhere in the world. The idea of this site is to get folks into meetings as easily as possible. The Where and When is the first place you look to find a meeting; I can remember that!
Online recovery meetings are saving lives during this crisis and are here to stay. In-person meetings will return, but nobody will forget the convenience and effectiveness of these online Zoom Meetings!
One critical point is that these meetings are reaching lots of newcomers! My own experience tells me that these meetings strengthen my recovery. My meeting attendance and personal serenity has increased exponentially since March 15, 2020!
If you’re one of us, you know I could easily have had a much less impressive story to tell under these circumstances, but, hey there’s always a meeting as close as my phone!
Hallelujah! It’s finally easier to get to a meeting than to get to the beer store! Maybe our chances aren’t so much less than average anymore!

Thank you for visiting our website! Lots of things have happened since we started on March 15, 2020. We have had some hit and miss moments, but we aren’t going anywhere! Our group also has given rise to aaserenitybeginshere which is a group founded by former members of this group. As the meeting is at the exact same time of day, the author of this site hasn’t been able to attend, but I can say that those who formed the group were good sober folks, so that’s that!
This group belongs to the God of your understanding, and it is by the grace of God that we have this program. Lives have been saved, and sadly we have not overcome all of our challenges. Stay tuned for more exciting Stuff!
THE ONLY REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP IS THE DESIRE TO STOP DRINKING (or using or whatever) WE ARE AN OPEN MEETING AND OPEN TO ANYONE WITH AN INTEREST IN RECOVERY!
